Title: Atmega328 Based Pesticide Sprayer and Grass Cutter Spider Robotic System
Idea In Short:
This spider robot allows farmers to remotely navigate fields to precisely spray pesticides and trim unwanted grass or weeds from a safe distance of up to 5 meters.
System Description:
Traditional pesticide application methods often suffer from imprecise chemical delivery, resource waste, and potential safety hazards due to direct operator exposure. Additionally, the growth of invasive weeds typically requires separate manual labor. This project addresses both issues by integrating a remote-controlled spider robot with a pesticide spraying pump and a front-mounted grass cutter. Operating within a 5-meter wireless range, the system allows the user to safely navigate dynamic farm terrain, target specific crop areas for controlled pesticide dispersal using an onboard tank pump, and activate a high-speed weed cutter motor to slice through unwanted vegetation in a single pass.

Working Blocks (System Process Flow):
Remote Control Unit (Input): Captures wireless navigation and mechanism commands sent by the user from up to 5 meters away.
Regulatory Circuitry & PCB (Power & Distribution): Regulates incoming power to feed stable voltage levels to the central processor, logic circuits, and motor drivers.
Atmega 328 Microcontroller (Processing Unit): Decodes incoming control signals and executes the logical sequence required to drive the leg actuators, pump, and cutting assembly.
Motor Drivers (Power Amplification): Receives low-power control signals from the microcontroller and delivers high-current output to drive the locomotion and actuation motors.
Spider Chassis & DC Motors with Gears/Joints (Locomotion): Moves the multi-legged spider mechanism to navigate across uneven, dynamic field surfaces.
BLDC Motor Weed Cutter (Actuation - Trimming): Powers the front cutting mechanism upon command to slice through unwanted grass and weeds.
Pump Motor & Water Tank (Actuation - Dispersal): Drives liquid pesticide from the onboard storage tank through spray nozzles onto target crops.
System Application:
Precision pesticide application without exposing farm workers to harmful chemical vapors.
Automated weed cutting and grass management around crop rows.
Crop maintenance in narrow, dense, or uneven agricultural terrain inaccessible to heavy machinery.
