As automation is observed every aspect of life, so is the water supply/storage management field also. Present kit controls the Water Storage Dam’s water levels by activating its door motor automatically.
Objective: The objective is to maintain the Dam’s water level within specified limit by sensing water level and activating automatically the door motor.
The system works in simple way: it senses the water level using field sensor fitted appropriately inside the dam’s water storage area. The memory resident program of Controller Module monitors these water level sensors for any changes. If the water level is full, Controller Module’s memory resident program activates dam gate motor to fully open condition. If the water level is half, program activates dam gate motor to half open condition. And if the water level is near to empty or low the program activates dam gate motor to full closed condition.
