A Voltage Meter or Voltmeter is must for every electronics hobbyist, student or engineer, whether it is while designing any system or checking it for its working or fixing its fault.
Objective: Constructing a digital voltmeter which measures inputted voltage and displays it on Display Module for user intimation purpose.
Methodology is simple, measuring voltage is inputted to the Controller Module, which in turn converts it into visual data and fed to Display Module for viewing purpose.
Applications:
¾ Wherever small range voltage is to be measured viz., in laboratory, service stations, industry, etc.
¾ With slight hardware and software modifications, range and type of voltage are increased or changed. That means building Multimeter is possible, which measures many typical parameters.
